You’ve purchased the software, received the license key, and are now trying to add it to the software. Don’t worry if it’s not working. You can find out some of the possible reasons for why that may be.
Initial versions (7.0.1, 7.02, 7.0.3 or 7.0.4) of series 7 have been suspended due to security reasons and require immediate update. If you have purchased the software after July 30, 2020 and have been using any of the above versions, your application would no longer be operational. You must update the software to 7.0.5 (or latest version if your license allows) to keep it going.
Note: After the update, please make sure to reactivate the software using your license key.
If the product was purchased before July 30, 2019, its license key might not be compatible with version 7, 8 or the later. License keys would only work with software versions that are released within the maintenance plan period (usually 1 year). This means, license key could be used on older versions which were released within that period.
If you wish to upgrade the license key for newer version, please use the following URL:
It is unlikely but possible for a license key to be disabled or blocked. Some of the reasons for that include malicious or unwarranted use.
If you have migrated the software from one device to another (for example from your PC to your laptop) or recently reinstalled operating system, you need to block the previous machine/operating system ID to use the software again on the new device/operating system.
In addition, license keys have a set number of users that can use them. This means if the number of activated devices reached to the limit of total allowed (purchased) users, license key will not work on any additional devices as users limit is exceeded.
To resolve this problem, you either need to purchase additional license for extra devices or need to block the unnecessary devices, so the software could be used again
