During the application signup, you might face invalid email address problem. This usually happens when Windows Security Firewall and/or the Antivirus blocks the app connection. Please temporarily turn off the Windows Firewall and Antivirus (if installed) and then run the software again.
The issue will be resolved.
However, in some cases, this problem occurs when ISPs (Internet Service Providers) have Internet access compatibility issues with certain apps or webpages. If the above provided solution does not work, switching to any alternate Internet connection (e.g. Mobile Hotspot) would help.
Lastly, it is also advised to download and install the updated version of the app from our website.
